The plant also improves humidity, which can help against a dry throat or skin.Care
Keep the Sansevieria moist during spring and summer. During autumn and winter, keep the plant rather dry. This way you simulate the dry and rainy seasons of the plants’ place of origin. In winter, the plant goes into dormancy. Sansevierias prefer a light position. The plant can also be in the sun, but make sure it is not in the sun all day. Make sure the room temperature stays between 15 and 28 degrees during the day, and between 12 and 20 degrees at night.

The plant has a height of 20-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plant is supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 9cm.

Best In Class is a great read for Sponsors/General Partners in the Multifamily Syndication space. The book gives great advice, tips, and ways to create great value with the underlying goal of being a great operator. An operator must be prepared to avoid many pitfalls that may come into play with managing the property manager as well as managing the asset. My biggest take-away is how the experienced Authors/Operators explain to be Proactive vs. Reactive. You must keep your current Tenants satisfied, new ones excited, and your Investors informed. A great resource to help me win in real estate investing!

I've been in real estate for many years at this point and have owned both single-family and multifamily properties from $100k to $20M, and this book is an incredible tool and resource for me! I've never seen a book cover Asset Management in such detail or clarity. Easy to read but still packed with useful information to help me win in real estate.
