The print has been developed in collaboration with the award winning French artist and photographer, Rachel Levy. The base is a fresh ivory with a vibrant green clover floral design.
Suzannah worked with Rachel to create a unique design using Rachel’s Clover artwork; which was developed into an all over textile print and expertly printed onto silk by a family-run Italian cloth mill that we have worked with for many years.
Based on our best-selling Gabriella silk tea dress silhouette, the Veronique has elegant and flattering proportions with smocking at the empire and cuffs, capturing the 1930s original inspiration. The skirt is bias cut, falling to floor length, and the sleeves are full length.
The dress is lined in Italian silk habotai from empire to hemline, and features an invisible centre back zip for step-in ease.
This dress can easily be styled with a sort knitwear and flats for day, or with stunning millinery and heels for special events.
