There were a few tiny rust colored powdery 'spots' on the ruffles but they brushed away, and some dust on the shoulders,

Condition: Excellent/Very Good. There are many rust spots in the lining, not seen from the outside. There were a few tiny rust colored powdery 'spots' on the ruffles but they brushed away, and some dust on the shoulders, would benefit from a dry cleaning. We have not attempted to clean the lining.
