Every Pre-Owned CD is shipped in original packaging and is guaranteed to play perfectly. On some occasions we will replace the jewel case if the case does not hold the item correctly. On occasion CDs may not play in your CD player but 99.99% of the time it will play without any issue. Some pre-owned CDs may have jewel case cracks or abrasions or missing teeth that hold the CD in. We do not guarantee jewel cases will show up new. Those should be replaced at your own expense. They can easily be purchased for about .99 each. The CD condition is usually listed above using the standard G=Good, VG=Very Good, VG+, NM=Near Mint, etc. We don't list open CDs as mint. NM is the best grade we will give a used/pre-owned CD regardless of how perfect it looks. If your product does meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.
We strongly encourage you to purchase Insurance for your order at checkout. It will cover your entire order for lost, stolen or damaged while in transit, not just this item. Without insurance your product will not be replaced or refunded.
All of our New CDs are factory sealed direct from the manufacture, distributors or bands. We sell pre-owned CDs as well which will be labels as pre-owned in the title, bullets or description. We do not sell CDRs or Syntax Creative that you get when you order CDs via print on demand from Amazon, yes those are also CDRs.
