This gives you the options of running low profile (size-wise if not social-wise), or adding your own PALS compatible pouches on the front. The Recon Kit Bag was designed specifically for carrying a pistol in urban environments or high-activity situations. We love it because it's a comfortable, stable platform for carrying basic outdoor gear on day hikes. When backpacking, it's ideal for keeping map, compass, bear spray, flashlight, bandana, etc. right at your fingertips.The Recon Kit Bag includes the following features:

- 500d construction.
- 8 channel / 3 row PALS grid.
- Quick access concealed pistol compartment.
- Comfortable, breathable mesh backed H-harness allows you to wear the Kit Bag by itself or underneath a pack
- Elastic keepers for the H-harness straps.
- Velcro loop and dummy cord loop in pistol compartment allow for various retention options.
- Tabs with Grimlocs at the top for hanging on another pack, or for use with Lifter Straps (sold separately) for docking to a host pack.
- Tabs on the bottom for attaching to another pack, or for use with the runner's Stabilizer Kit (sold separately).
- Front zippered access flat pocket with two interior slot pockets with dummy cord loops above them.

Very sturdy. Fit my cabinet perfectly. Would love a version that is just one level too. No assembly required. Solid enough that it stays in place without adhesive. Can finally find spices without taking them all out of the cabinet.

LOVE!!! I wish I could get one of these for ALL the stuff in my cabinets. Slides in and out with ease, I had to add shims (I used folded cardboard) to raise it up so it would clear the lip of the cabinet. Still works with no issues!
