BMW E36 Group A DTM Gas Pedal - 35411158855

Overview

Garagistic E36 DTM-Style Gas Pedal – Group A Heritage, Modern CNC Precision

Born from motorsport pedigree and reborn for the modern driver, the Garagistic E36 DTM Gas Pedal is a faithful recreation of the original BMW Motorsport E30 M3 Group A/DTM throttle pedal and now redesigned with modern manufacturing techniques and refined for today’s street and track enthusiasts. E36 factory plastic pedals are known to break. Upgrade once, and upgrade for good.

Features

  • Authentic DTM Design: Reverse-engineered directly from an original BMW Group A pedal used in the legendary E30 M3 race cars.
  • CNC-Precision Modernization: Machined out of solid 6061 billet aluminum, this pedal improves on the original stamped metal design. We’ve enhanced the design by eliminating the slop in the lower hinge, adding bronze bushings for smooth, consistent pedal feel and long-term durability.
  • Precise Actuation: Precise, responsive motion with no flex. Just clean, sharp throttle control.
  • Install: Takes 20 minutes to install and is fully reversible
  • Flexible Mounting: Fits the stock pedal bracket, or pair it with our optional lower bracket for a custom setup (alternate mounting requires drilling into the chassis).

Fitment

  • Replaces OEM PN 35411158855
  • Fits All E36 Models (Coupe, Sedan, M3)
  • Does Not Fit Drive by wire cars without serious modifications

This product pairs well with our E36 M3 Evo Dead Pedal, found here !

Installation

  • Step 1: Remove the Factory Pedal
    • Remove the circlip at the top of the pedal.
    • Using a flathead screwdriver or pick tool, release the clips at the bottom of the plastic pedal to free it from the lower metal bracket welded to the car.
  • Bracket styles:
    • For the E36, use the male bracket (pedal fits over it).
    • Your new billet DTM pedal works with both bracket types. If your factory bracket is worn, rusted, or torn out, we also provide an optional billet replacement bracket that can be bolted in place of the original. The billet replacement bracket will also allow you to angle the pedal to your desired position.
  • Step 2: Install the Angled Base Plate
    • The E36 gas pedal attaches at an angle. Using our supplied angled mounting base, you can angle the pedal to face you. The linkage bracket at the top of the pedal is angled the opposite way. These two parts mimic the twist in the factory E36 pedal.
  • OPTIONAL Step 2: Install the Universal Base Bracket
    • This base bracket can be used for custom setups which require repositioning the gas pedal from the OEM location
    • Installing the billet bracket is straightforward but may require slight fine-tuning. Position the bracket where you want the new pedal to pivot from, drill into your floor and bolt the bracket down.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Pedal & Linkage
    • Attach the linkage to the billet pedal using the two supplied button-head screws. The angled bracket is slotted to allow you to move it left and right on the pedal.
      • Note: Make sure to check the linkage moves freely without binding before driving! Adjust the side to side position as needed so the linkage moves freely.
    • Tip: Apply medium thread locker for security.p
    • Slide the linkage onto the factory accelerator rod and secure it with the retaining clip.
    • Insert the bottom mount of the pedal into the factory bracket.
    • Using the stainless steel mounting plate and supplied screws, bolt down the lower connection point.
  • Step 4: Final Adjustment & Safety Check
    • Slowly depress the pedal to full throttle (WOT).
    • Verify that pedal travel does not exceed the mechanical stop of the throttle cable.
    • IMPORTANT! If travel exceeds the stop, install a pedal stop to prevent stretching or damaging the cable.
    • Install a pedal stop in the factory M8x1.25 threaded hole to prevent overstretching the throttle cable. (The billet pedal allows more travel than stock.)

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat. The tension? Off the charts! The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one! Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.
