Includes an adjustable head support that can be removed for compatibility with the child car seat head restraint. The Britax Head & Body Support Pillow fits both car seat and stroller harness systems and has been crash tested and approved for use with all Britax convertible and infant car seats for children weighing up to 22 lbs. This accessory can be used in addition to other components in Britax car seats, i.e. infant positioning pillow, but should not be used as a substitute to required components of Britax car seats. We have a black lab and 2 grandpups (a Great Dane and a Cane Corso) that visit regularly. All 3 love this toy. All 3 destroy toys pretty quickly, sometimes within minutes. I have no idea what it is about this one, but they have not even remotely destroyed it except for major slobber damage from being so loved. I bought the first one months ago from TJ Maxx and then bought another on here thinking it could be a replacement when the first one got destroyed. The first one has yet to be destroyed. It sounds like there is a water bottle inside of it but it is some kind of coil thing. That being said, this toy can be very annoying to listen to, but we tolerate it for 3 very happy dogs.

A hound's dream toy.

I bought this for our "grandson"--a happy go lucky beagle--to play with while we were dogsitting. It took a while to motivate him to play with it, but eventually he caved... and then promptly proceeded to tear its insides out! I took a photo and sent it to my son, and he remarked, "Wow, it has been a long time since he played with a toy like that." So even an old hound past his prime enjoyed this toy. As for quality, this is a very well made toy. Yes, it's true that the dog ripped it to shreds, but that'll happen to any toy if the dog is determined enough. I was happy he enjoyed it. He also has two loofa dog toys here that he hardly ever touches, but this duck toy was too much for him to resist. My only suggestion is to supervise your dog while he plays with this. Besides the inner stuffing, the toy has a fuzzy surface to it, and you don't want him chewing a bunch of fuzz if he tears some out, as dogs are apt to do. Other than that, GREAT DOG TOY!
