The plant will be shipped with bare-root, no pot or soil. Once you receive your plant, plant it in moist soil to encourage the new roots to grow. Keep the plant in a shaded and ventilated place, with no direct sunlight until the new roots are well established. Introduce the sunlight to them gradually. With appropriate sunlight, they change to a purplish color, and the "cross pattern" will also be more visible.
